Extension reconfiguration & remodelling of a family 5 bedroom home just outside of central London. Major works were undertaken in order to create a very natural flow to the rooms, and utilise the space to its best. Every detail was considered, from the new ‘Art-Deco’ feel stair & ballustrade, through the extensive aluminium re-glazing, and double-sided fireplace divide finished in polished plaster. The external facade was cleverly modernised using a mixture of coloured silicone render & bespoke cedar weather cladding. The gardens were beautifully hard and soft landscaped to complete.
