BBD were commissioned to bring to life this high-tech, self-sustainable, modern single residence, set in an area of outstanding beauty in Kent. The house is positioned to benefit from its rare views of the surrounding natural countryside, and comprises a mixture of steel and concrete frame, highly insulated thin-joint block, and expansive triple glazed aluminium windows to aim to meet an exceptional Code of Sustainability rating.
