Fast track general dilapidation works to a 11,500m2 warehouse. Main body of works consisted in construction of a 2 storey block built office building, and laboratory (approx 300m2 high-newton blockwork) to within the existing structure. A new glazed front entrance/curtain wall and office operable windows were installed to within the existing panelled front elevation. The new steel-framed 2 storey office, with kitchen and wc facilities was carried out from an empty warehouse shell to laying of office carpets within a short contract period.
