The original property was fully refurbished, retaining its period charm while updating the interiors for modern family living. The rear extension is a bold yet harmonious addition, constructed with a palette of
modern brick, warm timber cladding, sleek zinc accents, and expansive glazing. The large glass panels flood the open-plan kitchen and dining area with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the landscaped garden. The green roof is a standout feature, blending the structure into its suburban surroundings while improving insulation and biodiversity.

Inside, the kitchen/diner is designed for both functionality and style, with clean lines, high-end finishes, and ample space for entertaining. The transition between old and new is seamless, creating a home that is both practical and visually stunning, perfect for contemporary family life.
