This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and general dilapidation works of a four-storey, 740m² office building with underground car park facilities. The works focused on modernizing the space to create a refreshed, high-quality working environment while improving the building’s overall efficiency and functionality.
The refurbishment began with the removal of existing partitions to create a more flexible and open-plan workspace. A new metal grid ceiling system was supplied and installed, enhancing both the aesthetic and acoustic performance of the interiors. Extensive internal and external redecoration was carried out, revitalizing the building and ensuring a clean, professional finish throughout. A major overhaul of the heating and air conditioning plant was completed to improve energy efficiency and provide a comfortable climate-controlled workspace. Additionally, all WC facilities were fully refurbished with modern, highspec finishes, enhancing both practicality and visual appeal.
This project successfully transformed the office building, delivering a highstandard refurbishment that enhances functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal while ensuring the space is well-equipped for modern office demands.
