General dilapidation works, and complete office refurbishment of a four storey 740m2 office building with underground car park facilities.
Works included removal of all existing partitions, supply and install of metal grid ceiling, re-plastering, and internal/external decorations.
A major overhaul of carried out to heat and air conditioning plant, and new WC refurbishment was completed throughout.
